Abstract
Due to various applications and demands, different products require diverse delivery methods. Delivery models and collaboration methods are also relatively complicated. Generally, transportation vehicles often return as deadheads after they complete their linehauls, utilizing only 50% of the transportation capacity. Through the dispatching of a joint service platform, GPS, portable mobile devices, and geographic information systems, the backhauls can be utilized to maximize transportation efficiency.
