Abstract

A (2+1)-dimensional coupled NLS model with the partially nonlocal nonlinearity under harmonic and linear potentials is focused on. In order to find matter wave solutions, a correspondence between variables in the nonautonomous equation and variables in the autonomous equation is erected. With the help of this correspondence, and by employing the Hirota’s bilinearization method, vector bright–dark one-soliton and two-soliton solutions are analytically derived.
