Abstract

Summary We reported a case of a 38-year-old woman with systemic vasculitis and mixed cryoglobulinemia in a context of auto-immune disease (Gougerot-Sjogren syndrome) and lymphoma. Different therapeutic strategies, including rituximab, have been proposed in order to control the effect of the systemic vasculitis and evolution of lymphoma. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody directed against the CD20 molecule on B cells. We discuss the possible side effects of rituximab in this case of mixed cryoglobulinemia vasculitis.
