Abstract

Patients presenting locally advanced or recurrent sarcomas require extended surgical resections, sometimes in an irradiated zone and with a vascular invasion in approximately 5% of the cases, and are treated in reference centers. The objective of this study was to evaluate the results of oncovascular surgery (OVS) in patients presenting a soft tissue retroperitoneal or limb sarcoma.
