Abstract
<h2>Summary</h2> A case of leiomyoma of the infraorbital region is reported. This tumor is rare in the oral region, where smooth muscle is relatively scarce. The tunica media of vessels is probably the most common origin of this tumor, which is very common in other parts of the body.
