Abstract

Patients who have undergone liver transplantation can experience a variety of vascular complications that must be recognized early and treated in a timely manner to preserve graft function. To accomplish this, radiologists must be familiar with the variable vascular anatomy and surgical techniques, recognize signs of vascular pathology, and suggest the most appropriate treatment. This article discusses these topics, providing reference diagrams with graphic and radiologic example cases.
