Abstract
For considered class of nonlocal boundary value problems for mixed type PDE of arbitrary high order an implicit symmetrizing operator [2,4] is built. Equivalence of the problem to the problem of minimization of appropriate quadratic functional is proved. Existence and uniqueness of the generalized solution in variation sense are obtained.
