Abstract
Amplification of G + C-rich and A + T-rich fractions occurs in DNA fromNicotiana glauca pith explants in the first hours of theirin vitro culture. This amplification has been evidenced by derivative melting profiles and by analysis of fractions from Ag+-Cs2SO4 density gradients.
