Abstract
1. 1. Whole hemolysate globin of C3H strain mice shows a β-chain variant located in the slow component, which is more basic than the β-chains of the fast component. 2. 2. By comparing the β-like chains between C3H and Japanese Dancing mice, the existence of a different elution volume has been proved which indicates a different structure. 3. 3. C3H mice globin consists of a kind of β-chain which is eluted earlier than the β-chains of C57 BL mice.
