Abstract

The current research work covenants with a numerical study of Magnetohydrodynamic effect on unsteady laminar boundary layer flow and heat transfer over a stretching sheet having a temperature dependent viscosity and using similarity solution of partial differential equations, further conforming to the energy and momentum were reformed into non-linear ordinary differential equations. The results are obtained by quasilinearization technique with the support of an implicit finite difference method. The computed numerical outcomes are displayed graphically in form of local skin friction and the local Nusselt number, along with velocity and temperature outlines for various values of the magnetic and variable viscosity parameter.
