Methods are described for the representation of the vapour-liquid equilibrium (VLE) of binary solvent/salt systems and simultaneous VLE representation of ternary systems with a salt component and their corresponding binary solvent systems. In these models a modified Debye-Huckel term is combined with a model equation for non-electrolytes. The model allows from binary data, the estimation of VLE data for ternary systems with two solvent components and one salt component.
