Abstract

The vapor-liquid equilibrium calculation for 34 binary systems containing hydrogen reveals that an extended BWR equation of state can be applied over a wide range of temperatures, 70-730 K, and pressures up to 25 MPa with temperature-dependent binary interaction parameters. The use of these parameters gave excellent predictions for the vapor-liquid equilibria of six ternary systems containing hydrogen.
