Abstract
Van Wyk-Grumbach综合征多发生在重度甲状腺功能减退的青春期前后儿童.1960年,Van Wyk和Grumbach首次报道以乳房发育、月经及多囊性卵巢为特征的原发性甲状腺功能减退综合征[1].本综合征国内少见相关报道.本院内分泌科2007年和2011年收治了2例Van Wyk-Grumbach综合征患者,病程均为4年,现报告如下,并结合相关文献进行探讨。
