Abstract

This study aims to analyze the values of education in the application of Islamic Sharia in Indonesia. These values of education include religious values, justice, ethics, national identity, and creativity. The methodology used is descriptive and the study is primarily based on desk research, which involves studying reference books and gathering information from reliable sources related to the application of Islamic Sharia in Indonesia. The study's findings revealed that the application of Islamic Sharia in Indonesia encompasses strong religious values, where Islamic education is considered an integral part of the educational curriculum. Additionally, justice is also a key focus in the Islamic education system, ensuring fair treatment and equal opportunities for all individuals to access high-quality education.
