Abstract

The article investigates the value-semantic orientations of an individual in the potential scientific-engineering elite. The authors set themselves a task in the study of value-meaning orientations of the personality of future nuclear engineers, biotechnologists and programmers in the field of economics. To achieve this goal, value orientations and meaning constructs were analyzed among representatives of the scientific and engineering elite. The results of the study can be useful for understanding the motivational factors influencing the development of scientific and engineering elite, as well as for developing effective approaches to motivate and support this group of people in their career growth and achievement of high results.
