Abstract
高频超声为鉴别诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的主要影像学手段，而桥本甲状腺炎声像图的复杂多变增加了其伴发结节良恶性鉴别的难度，联合超声造影及超声弹性等新技术可以提高甲状腺结节的定性诊断效能。本文就桥本甲状腺炎背景下鉴别诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的相关研究进行综述。
