Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of blood cell analyzer combined with blood cell morphology observation in screening blood system diseases, and to provide basis for clinical application. Methods Select 500 cases from January 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital from the blood cell analyzer examination patients as the object of study of this group, the blood cell analyzer and cell morphological examination, analysis of the combined use of two methods for the detection of clinical value. Results In naive cells, abnormal platelet and heterotypic lymphocyte screening, blood cell analyzer and blood cell morphology observation (P 0.05); in IM, ALL, CML screening and MM when the blood cell analyzer, blood cell morphology observation and pathological examination results in differences exist obvious difference (P 0.05). Conclusions Blood cell analyzer combined with blood cell morphology observation can effectively screen the blood system diseases, and has a wide range of clinical application value.
