Abstract

IMPACT This study details how to drive transformative collaboration with a health bureau to implement transformative tasks in public health clinic (PHC) using service design. Value-led participatory design is adopted to identify and address key challenges, enhance decision-making processes, and generate a new elevation model for public health service delivery. The article highlights the importance of continuous evaluation and adaptation of services based on stakeholder feedback and evolving community needs, emphasising the dynamic nature of healthcare service improvement. The insights gained from this collaboration provide practical solutions for common challenges faced by public health systems in various contexts.
