Abstract
Journal of Business & Technology (JBT) is an open-access journal published by the Department of the Commerce and Financial Management of the University of Kelaniya, Sri Lanka. The journal follows a double-blind peer-review process and is published bi-annually (January, July). JBT aims to publish scholarly research, critical reviews, case studies, practitioner reviews and technology reviews in the fields of business and technology.

Summary
The impact of the Covid 19 is to the health and economic aspects of a country. Education is largely impacted by this pandemic. The schools and universities all around the world happened to shut the doors for students prohibiting physical presence. Finding alternatives to continue education, many academic institutes moved from traditional mode of teaching to online based education undertaken remotely on digital platforms (Anusudha and Krishnendu, 2021). Online education is not a surprise to the developed countries.
