The aortic angulations are associated with the risk of endoleak after EVAR. All the current methods of measurement of the angulations are based on a two- dimensional visual analysis. However, aortic reconstructions from CT acquisitions allow three-dimensional analysis of data. The aim of this study was to show that it is possible to automatically identify the significant points of curvature of the central line (CL) using an algorithm.
