Abstract
The aim of this research paper is to confirm the validation of the long form of Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire which was developed by Weiss D. J., Dawis R. V.,George W. E. and Lloyd H. L. The instrument is validated for the sample of 465 front-line retail employees. SPSS 22.0 has been used for data analysis. Spearman-Brown Coefficient and Guttman Split-Half Coefficient are used to ensure the reliability of the instrument.
