Abstract
The H-PCOS-like phenotype, representing ontogenically at ages over 35 the lean PCOS-phenotype D by Rotterdam criteria, has been demonstrated to be relatively resistant to standard fertility treatments, including IVF.1,2 The objective of this study was to determine whether reconstitution of normal androgen levels reverses this treatment resistance.
