Abstract

Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is a distressing condition for individuals, families, and communities. While nearly 50 clinical trials are conducted annually on CTS research, this research will not improve the lives of individuals with CTS if it is not used. Unfortunately, insufficient research utilization is a widespread problem. A pressing need exists to ensure hand therapists use CTS research findings.
