Abstract
This report on the 2012 status of Vadose Zone Journal was prepared for the 2012 VZJ Editorial Board Meetings, and was presented on behalf of the Vadose Zone Journal Editorial Board leadership, comprising Dani Or, VZJ Editor; Susan Hubbard, Harry Vereecken and Michael Young, Co‐Editors; Rien van Genuchten and Jan Hopmans, Consulting Editors; Ty Ferre, Invited Reviews Coordinator; and Ed Perfect – Book Reviews Editor. The report also includes the Managing Editor and Director of Publication reports.
