Abstract

A vacuum UV spectroscopic measurement system has been constructed on the REPUTE-1 device, and electron temperature measurements using the line intensity ratio method have been successfully carried out for ultralow γ plasmas. The electron temperatures measured are consistent with the results obtained by Thomson scattering measurement. It is observed that the electron temperature decreases in the phases of magnetohydrodynamic relaxation.
