Abstract

Abstract Principles of construction of a fusion reactor vacuum tritium complex, including reactor tritium complex, tritium process systems and radiation safety systems, are considered in the paper. Main characteristics and possible alternatives of designs of a vacuum system and tritium process systems are considered. Cryosorption pumps are used for pumping in the operating conditions and turbomolecular pumps are used for pumping during the chamber heating and discharge cleaning. Adsorption-cryogenic method and absorption purification with the use of hydride-forming metals are used for fuel purification. Flow chart of a tritium cycle of SFT complex is described.
