Abstract

The paper presents the results of studies to determine the thermal efficiency of a vacuum fractal solar collector (VFSC). It is noted that the number of fractally arranged toroidal polymer absorbers on a parabolic concentrator affects the efficiency of the VFSC. It is shown that fractal placement of absorbers on the evacuated space of a parabolic concentrator on the principle of the Fibonacci number increases the efficiency of the VFSC.
