Abstract

In recent years, the scale of electric vehicles (EVs) has been continuously expanded, and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology has been developing. This paper provides a research on the optimal scheduling of multiple EV aggregators considering the effect of time-of-use (TOU) electricity price. First, effect of TOU electricity price on charging behaviour of EVs is described by price elasticity matrix of demand. Second, EV aggregator charge-discharge boundary model is put forward through analyzing travel demand as well as energy and power constraints of EVs. Third, the V2G optimal dispatching method of multiple EV aggregators is developed based on basic model of power system optimal scheduling. Finally, through numerical simulation, charge-discharge boundaries for EV aggregators and multiple PEV aggregator optimal dispatching results can be obtained, and the effectiveness of the proposed method is proved.
