METHODS: 4 y.o. girl who presented with persistent hypertension and was found to have incidentally diagnosed right renal mass. US and CT scan were done and confirmed1.5 cm mass in the anterior aspect of the mid-pole of the right kidney. Lab Workup: Urine Metanephrins (184 mcg\24 hr ↑), 24hr Urinary VMA (31.3 mg\g cr ↑). Multidisciplinary evaluation was done, and the consensus was to proceed with partial nephrectomy to exclude reninoma as a cause of hypertension. Also, we could not rule out AML or small Wilms’ tumor. Decision was discussed with the family and they greed on proceeding with robotic partial nephrectomy. RESULTS: Robotic partial nephrectomy was done safely. Total operative time was 4 hours. ischemia time was 19 minutes. There was minimal blood loss. No known complications. pathology of the mass revealed cystic nephroma. Hypertension improved after the surgery. CONCLUSIONS: Partial nephrectomy for renal masses can be done safely using robotic approach.
