Abstract

Poor gastric emptying following a sleeve gastrectomy may occur due to strictures. For strictures unresponsive to endoscopic treatment, conversion to a Roux-en-Y gastric bypass is an option. However, a stricturoplasty preserves the intent of the original operation and in this video we present radiologic and endoscopic findings of a sleeve stricture with our technique of a stricturoplasty.
