Abstract
In contemporary Uyghur language, though Uyghur or other Turkic origin words have majority in percentage, still adopted words from other languages have effects that cannot be neglected. The usage of adopted words is increasing continuously. Reasons of these situations are, cannot be created new Uyghur words that describe contemporary life or satisfy modern Uyghur literature perfectly. Instead of creating new words, some foreign words have been translated into Uyghur language. Because of some translated words not effective or usable, people prefer to use more effective or short foreign words directly. Uyghurs live in the Sinkiang Uyghur Autonomous Region in China and Turkic republics in the Central Asia mainly. Except these, Uyghur live in Turkey, Europe, USA and Australia. Therefore, many words accepted into Uyghur language. Uyghurs live in different regions in the world and prefer to use local language with Uyghur language together. Because of this reason, there are many adapted words began to be used in contemporary Uyghur language even those words have the same meaning.
