Abstract

Each school had its own autonomy, but they were coordinated by the figure of a director of the Polytechnic Institute. In 1989 it adopted its current name of Rodriguez Casado in honor of its founder, Professor Don Vicente Rodriguez Casado, Rector of the Hispanic University of Santa Maria de la Rabida the year of its creation.
