In recent years, the publishing industries focus on developing digital publishing. Currently some presses constituted the press group in order to develop new products to enhance competitiveness. But actual groups have many problems on management and the distribution of benefits. Service science provided a method to build a virtual group through products and services. This paper describes the use of services science and semantic web to build high-performance digital publishing industry infrastructure. The paper also described three important ontologies of digital publishing application.
