 Melon (Cucumis melo L.) merupakan salah satu tanaman hortikultura yang tergolong kedalam tanaman semusim dan memiliki umur pendek serta tumbuh merambat. Buah melon memiliki beberapa macam pilihan varietas, salah satunya adalah melon golden langkawi. Melon Golden Langkawi yang digunakan sebagai bahan tambahan pembuatan lilin aromatherapy merupakan melon golden langkawi dengan kualitas grade D. Bahan yang dibutuhkan dalam membuat lilin aromatheraphy dari melon golden langkawi yaitu: Melon Golden Langkawi dengan kualitas grade D, Palm Wax, Essence Oil Melon, Liquid Color Candle. Permasalahan yang timbul saat pembuatan lilin aromatherapy melon golden langkawi adalah karena bahan baku melon golden langkawi kualitas grade D yang sedikit dikarenakan banyak melon golden langkawi kualitas grade D yang hampir busuk.
