Abstract
Introduction: Surgical management of tumours involving the subclavian vessels, brachial plexus can be challenging because of limited access through a standard axillary incision. Division of the pectoralis major muscle at its tendinous insertion, reflection, and subsequent reattachment (Pectoralis Major Reflection (PMR)) facilitates exposure to the level III axilla, subclavian vessels, and brachial plexus.
