Abstract

Sensory ganglionopathy (SNN), is a disease of dorsal root ganglia and usually associated with paraneoplastic syndromes (anti-Hu associated), Sjögren syndrome, chemotherapeutic agents and paraproteinemia. Spinal MRI shows dorsal column involvement mimicking subacute combined degeneration of the cord. We present 3 cases of confirmed SNN with characteristic MRI findings.
