Vaginal reconstruction with sigmoid colon pedicled flap was performed. The proximal part of the neovagina was connected with the remnant cervix and a folley catheter was left in the uterine cavity for seven days in order to prevent obstruction. The patient has been menstruating regularly since the operation for the last eight months.ConclusionMenouria might be an early sign of congenital vesicouterine fistula. Uterine preservation might be considered in partial vaginal agenesis patients. Study ObjectiveTo report a case with primary amenorrhea and cyclic menouria.
