Abstract

Case Report A 44-year-old woman presented complaining of a slightly tender left inguinal mass, of which she had been aware for about I month. On physical examination. the mass was relatively hard and could not be pushed back into the abdominal cavity. Sonography revealed a pedunculated, solid 3-cm mass in the left inguinal area (Fig. 1A).
