Abstract

A 44-year-old nulligravid woman presented with chronic pelvic pain, of low to moderate intensity, which lasted over a period of 6 months. Her medical history included obesity with a body mass index of 30 kg/m2, hypothyroidism, and celiac disease. Her surgical history included a laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy and a hysteroscopy for endometrial thickness and bleeding.
