Abstract
SummaryA case of partial placenta accreta with post partum haemorrhage is described. The condition probably resulted from septic abortion and post abortal curettage causing decidual deficiency.Bilateral ligation of uterine vessels was successful in controlling the haemorrhage and allowed preservation of the uterus.
