Abstract

ESTABLISHING PRESENCE AS A MECHANISM OF POLITICAL LEADERSHIP: THE EXAMPLE OF SZYMON HOŁOWNIA The article touches upon building the political leadership of Szymon Hołownia, which is analysed in the light of the interactive theory of the emergence of leaders. The issues of complementarity of the needs of the leader and his voters and their mental matching are indicated, including research within the framework of the A Congruency Model of Political Preference (Caprara, Zimbardo). Establishing a presence by Szymon Hołownia via social media is a process in which he exposes content referring to the psychological and cultural sphere to a greater extent and to the sphere of politics to a lesser extent.
