Abstract

The article is devoted to investigation of interlanguage as an intermediate system, arising in the situation of language contacts. Semantic junctions (signifi cant contrasts), bearing interferential phenomena, can be eliminated by functional comparative classifi cation nets. A model of a student’s individual track, which enables forecasting his/her second (not native) language acquisition, is presented in the article. The materials of the article cover linguistic research that is necessary for new approaches in teaching foreign languages.
