Abstract

The usefulness of Wilber's transpersonal model of psychological and spiritual development in working with recovery issues is demonstrated by a case study which illustrates addictions issues and possible counselling interventions specific to each developmental stage. Wilber's spectrum of development provides the addictions counsellor with a useful map in working to facilitate enhanced client recovery.
