Abstract
The technological boom that the world has witnessed in recent years has affected various sectors, for example, but not limited to, the commercial, service, medical, educational, and tourism sectors. Among the activities that have been an obstacle in the process of using and applying the latest technologies in them are museum environments, which are directed towards embracing the best technological innovations and keeping pace with and dealing with the various obstacles that began to appear in the era of digital transformation. The aim of this paper is to shed light on practices around the use of technology in museums, what is its quality and what are the obstacles that technology may face in the process of its application in museum settings. The paper provides an analysis of the various articles and research undertaken by technologists and their impact on museum services.
