Abstract

The treatment of waste to produce raw materials is an important topic of research because the waste is a very abundant renewable resource. Purified flue gas and otherwise useless polyethylene waste have been highlighted as possible sustainable raw materials, thus minimizing waste and emissions and protecting the environment. The use of flue gas in this way could reduce CO2 emissions by 1.9 106 kmol/a. This study uses an applied X-conversion junction technique which includes better raw material conversion for syngas production from waste because it can control the reactants and catalyst. This X-conversion junction technique is carried out in two steps and based on the following applied novelties, with environmental benefits.
