Abstract

Prior research and educational programs have rarely explored the link of telecollaboration and thinking skills instruction for both regular and gifted learners. This theoretical article focuses on how to link self-regulated thinking skills instruction for gifted and regular learners via e-mail telecollaborative projects. The thinking skills referred to in this article are based upon Sternberg's concept of analytical, creative, and practical thinking. Practical examples on how to implement telecollaboration are given.
