The case: The Barangay Health Center of Dawis in Digos City, Philippines, illustrates information flow in the provision of healthcare services.Its value: This case audits the current communication tools used in the health sector headed by the Department of Health, and how mobile communication is utilised in information delivery in relation to the provision of healthcare services in the grassroots level.
