USING OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES IN AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Іnorder to meet the modern requirements of innovation and technical development, agribusiness must use digital technologies. The introduction of information systems and technologies will ensure the economic and technological growth of agricultural enterprises. With the help of digitalization of processes in agricultural production it is possible to achieve a solution to the problem of food security not only in Ukraine but also in the world. Digital technologies have a number of strengths that need to be used to make better decisions when optimizing business processes in agriculture. The digital strategy of management of agricultural enterprises should be based on geographic information systems, computer technologies, use of SMART-equipment, digital management of business processes of production, marketing, logistics, which will allow differentiated and accurate technical and technological and management decisions. The algorithm for the introduction of digital technologies in agricultural production requires digital knowledge, synchronization of activities, modernization and adaptation of IT systems to the needs of agricultural entrepreneurs. Agricultural education should be aimed at training multi-specialists with digital skills and competencies who, thanks to IT technologies and accurate solutions, will be able to carry out the digital transformation of agribusiness quickly and efficiently.
