Abstract
This paper discusses estimating the intrinsic value of Hang Seng Index using the Merton Model Method. The estimated value presented in this paper is just for academic research purpose. Anybody who invests based on the estimates presented here shall take the risk by himself and the writer will not be held responsible for any loss as a result.
