Using information Technology Outsourcing Employee (ITOE) In Institution: (Advantages, Disadvantages, Effect and Risks)

Abstract

Outsourcing contracts are highlighted, what are the pros and cons that could be behind the quality of these contracts. privet institutions in particular always strive to reduce costs and expenses in return, to increase productivity and the quality of services. outsourcing contracts are considered one of the costs that contribute to achieving this. Through this paper, four questions will be addressed, namely (1) Are Information Technology Outsource Employee affecting institution performance? (2) What are the advantages and disadvantages by using Information Technology Outsource Employee? (3) Does outsources effect the quality of the services? (4) What are the risks when using outsourcing? and it was answered by reviewing some research and articles that shed light on Outsourcing contracts. Which confirmed the extent of these types of contracts in improving the efficiency of the institution and at the same time there are challenges and risks that may arise from these contracts.
